What I collect
Project briefs and client accounts are stored so I can respond and manage work. Depending on how you use the site, that may include name, email, date of birth (accounts), optional company / website, brief text, uploaded files, messages, payment preference, and invoice details. Guest briefs stay on email; accounts unlock the client panel.
Why and legal basis
Data is used to provide the service: discuss projects, send proposals, issue deposit invoices, and deliver animation work. Passwords are hashed. Legal bases include performing a contract / pre-contract steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interests in running a secure site (Art. 6(1)(f)). Account registration also records your acceptance of the Terms of collaboration.
Analytics
This site uses a self-hosted Umami instance (stats.spinsvg.com) to count page views without cookies and without personal identifiers — it runs without the cookie bar. Separately, the site can use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and page usage (pages viewed, referrers, approximate location), and Google Ads to measure whether an inquiry came from an ad (a conversion event on the thank-you page). Google tools load only after you choose Accept analytics & ads on the cookie bar. Until then Google is told that analytics and ad cookies are denied (Consent Mode). Essential login cookies do not need consent. Google data is processed under Google's terms. You can change your cookie choice by clearing site data for spinsvg.com in the browser.
Retention and your rights
Account and project data stay while you use the panel and as needed to finish work. You can update profile details in Account settings or ask to delete your account. Tax and invoice records may be kept for the period required by law. Contact me to exercise access, correction, or deletion rights where applicable.
